Each web page includes the following:

• Meta Tags (keywords describing your business/website) in the coding (this is how search engines find you)

• Encoded email address for you so spammers can’t harvest your email address and spam your box (recommend using a new web address…that is used just for your website)

• Style sheet created for your site – this ensures that your fonts, headers, colors and so forth are consistent (often referred to as CSS)

• Common navigational links for your entire site

• Hit counter (if desired)

• Common layout…simplify your visitors navigating experience of your website

• Your choice of colors, fonts, and layout

• No right click option (optional)

Most importantly…your content and graphics

Other individual requests not covered here can be determined on a case by case situation.

Upon completion of your website and complete payment has been made you will receive a zipped file sent to you containing your entire website. As I am developing your website I'll be uploading your site to my website so that you may preview it and provide feedback / corrections / tweaking to pages. It is also a very tangible way to get a feel for how your site will look to potential clients before your site debuts! The site is ready when you are satisfied with how it looks.

For a website project to begin, I will need to secure a 50% deposit from you then the remaining balance to be paid before pages are uploaded to your website. I accept either Pay pal or money orders. Please email me if you need my mailing address.

Once a website order is received most websites can be completed within 30 days…often times faster than this depending on other projects I’m working on. I understand budgets and if you need to have a project spread out from i.e. the 15th of the month to the 15th of the next month I’m happy to work with you on this.

Your site will be generated in a WYSIWYG program (what you see is what you get program) some common ones are MS Frontpage (now Web Expression), Adobe Dreamweaver, Go Live are just some of the many out there) some pages will be hand coded depending on the need. My goal in the organization and structure of your website is to make it as turnkey, clean, simple and manageable for those who wish to have a site built for them and then perhaps maintain their own site.These programs are great as they do a lot of site maintenance and simplify many elements in web authoring for you. It’s great to know HTML to tweak things but having a web authoring program will cut down on the frustration and time involved in maintaining your website.

I’m also happy to help out people who wish to be able to update their own sites down the road as well....because each person's needs are unique along with their computer experience, prices will vary but you will always know the price ahead of time. With a bit of time, patience and coaching, web design can be a lot of fun.
